Wheat Dosa|Gothambu Dosa

This is an easy and healthy breakfast and good for Diabetic patients .Tomato chutney is a good accompniment  with wheat dosa. Normally children are not fond of Wheat Dosa but they will surely have this if you serve with tomato chutney.Click here to view the recipie of Tomato chutney.Wheat dosa can be served as breakfast or dinner.


Grated Coconut3 tablespoon
Wheat flour 2 cup
SaltTo taste
Onion 1 small, finely chopped
GingerA small piece ,finely chopped
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Prep timeLess than 10 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Serves 3

In a bowl add wheat flour,onion,green chillies,grated coconut,ginger,curry leaves  and enough salt.Combine well and make a batter adding enough water  by little by little.Batter consistency should be like dosa batter.

Heat a tawa, pour two ladle batter and make dosa out of it.Continue making dosas with the remaining batter.

Wheat dosas are reay.Serve hot with tomato cutney.
