This is an easy and healthy breakfast and good for Diabetic patients .Tomato chutney is a good accompniment with wheat dosa. |Grated Coconut||3 tablespoon|
|Wheat flour||2 cup|
|Onion||1 small, finely chopped|
|Ginger||A small piece ,finely chopped|
|Curry leaves||1 sprig|
|Prep time||Less than 10 minutes|
|Cooking time||10 minutes|
In a bowl add wheat flour,onion,green chillies,grated coconut,ginger,curry leaves and enough salt.Combine well and make a batter adding enough water by little by little.Batter consistency should be like dosa batter.
Heat a tawa, pour two ladle batter and make dosa out of it.Continue making dosas with the remaining batter.
Wheat dosas are reay.Serve hot with tomato cutney.
